We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented Customer Service Data Entry Clerk. Your primary role will be to maintain our database by entering new and updated customer information. You’ll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring our data is accurate, organized, and accessible. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities
- Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
- Responding to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven data entry work experience, with a knack for typing speed and accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
